Grade E9 Elements

Used for filtering out most of liquid and 3μm aggregates,to achieve 5ppmw/w max. oil remaining content.
Double Filter: First Class, holes of two stainless-steel pipe proceed machanical separations on 10μm particals;
                        Sec. Class,deeper fiberglass medium filter solid and liquid particals above 3μm.
Set after rear cooler , before other filters, for general protecting purpose; set  before refrigeration dryer ,as pre-treatment device.

Grade E7 Elements

Used for filtering liquid moisture,oil,and solid particals above 1μm，to achieve 1.0ppmw/w  max oil remaining content.
Double Filter: First Class, crossed-fabricated fiberglass and medium strainer,filter out the larger particals;
                       Sec. Class, multilayer epoxy resin mixed with synthetic fabric, deeper fiber medium, filter out oil mist and solid particles.
Set before grade E5 elements for pre-treatment purpose;  set after refrigeration dryer and adsorption dryer , to further improve air quality.

Grade E5 Elements

Used for condensing tiny moisture and oil mist, filter our as small as 0.01μmr solid particles, to achieve 0.01ppmw/w max. oil remaining content, almost all of the moisture,dust and oil could be removed clearly.
Double Filter:  First Class, multilayer fiber medium and strainer, filter out the larger particles.
                         Sec. Class, multilayer fiberglass, filter out  tiny condensation subtance.
Set before grade E3 elements for protection purpose;and after refrigeration dryer, to ensure no oil in the compressed air.

Grade E3 Elements

Used for condensing tiny moisture and oil mist, filter out as small as 0.01μm solid particles , to achieve  0.001ppmw/w max. oil remaining content.
Double Filter: Pre-filter and air flow distribute the first two layers ;
                       Sec. Class, multilayer fiberglass filter out tiny condention substance.
Set before grade E1 elements and absorbtion dryer for pretection, and after refrigeration dryer to ensure zero oil in the compressed air.

Grade E1 Elements

Used for filtering out oil vapour and hydrocarbon vapour absorbed by activated carbon , solid particles as small as 0.01μm, to achieve 0.003ppmw/w max. oil content,  free of moisture, dirt andoil, odourless and tasteless, as for the last filtration.
Double Filter:  First Class, refined and stable activated carbon layer, filter out most of oil vapour;
                         Sec. Class, multilayer fiber bonded micro-fine activated carbon powder ,filter out remaining vapour.
Mainly usded for high-quality compressed air lines, such as food industry,breathing, aseptic packaging,etc.
